RETURN PASS
The Return Pass recognizes that you arrive with context. You bring your own experience and a stronger foundation for reviewing what comes next.
In eligible cases, ARCO applies a MXN 5,000 Return Credit toward a new participation.
Eligibility is confirmed during the Second Season Review. The Return Pass is not a visa, travel authorization, confirmed position or sponsor approval.

Can I participate in Summer Work Travel again?
Yes, previous participation can be part of a new assessment. ARCO reviews your academic situation, previous experience and current requirements to determine whether another season remains possible. Having participated before does not replace a new review or the required approvals.
Can I return to the same employer?
Yes, it can be reviewed as a possibility. Having worked with that employer provides context, but it does not reserve a position. Availability, current conditions and the corresponding sponsor approval must be reviewed again for a new season.
What if I have already graduated?
Summer Work Travel requires meeting current academic requirements. If you have graduated, ARCO can review whether another category, such as Intern or Trainee, could make sense for your profile and current requirements. Previous participation does not automatically activate another category.
Is Winter Work & Travel available for Mexican students?
“Winter Work & Travel” is not a separate J-1 category. It is a commercial term for Summer Work Travel when a country's academic calendar allows participation during the U.S. winter.
For Mexico, the BridgeUSA 2026 Program Date Chart sets a window of May 15 to October 2, 2026. That calendar does not provide a conventional December-to-March season for Mexican students. The applicable window must be checked against the current official chart for each cycle.

Do I have to start the whole process again?
You are not starting from scratch: your previous season gives you experience to draw on. Still, participating again requires current information, a fresh review, and the approvals required for the program you are considering.
Is there a benefit to returning with ARCO?
Yes. In eligible cases, ARCO applies an MXN 5,000 Return Credit toward a new participation.
