Your program
Your screening, vetting, approvals and internal controls remain yours. We work within them.
ARCO develops Summer Work Travel opportunities and prepares Mexican university students before a proposed placement reaches your formal review.
Your authority remains yours. We prepare the participant and employer side so your review begins from a clearer, more complete starting point.
You should not have to turn a name into a participant profile or reconstruct the basic reality of an employer opportunity from scattered messages.
We interview and prepare candidates in Mexico, develop the participant profile, review expectations and English readiness, and organize the information required for your next formal step.
We develop host opportunities and obtain the operating facts that matter before presenting them as viable options: role, wages, dates, expected hours, housing, transportation, supervision and worksite conditions.
We organize participant and employer information so you can perform your review without reconstructing the underlying facts.
We do not present our preparation as your approval. A case remains pending until you complete the review required under your program.
Your program has its own requirements, evidence standards, review cadence, forms and internal controls.
Our job is not to route around them. We prepare the participant and employer side to operate inside them. When formal agreements, due diligence, approved materials or defined responsibilities are required, we work within those controls.
Once a participant travels, your formal program authority remains unchanged.
We stay close to the participant and remain reachable to you and the employer when facts change.
We remain in contact with the participant before departure and during the season.
When an issue appears, we gather facts, document the situation and identify who controls the next decision.
When a matter belongs to you, the employer or another competent actor, we bring in the actor with authority and stay with the case until there is a clear route forward.
Support is useful only when authority stays clear.
Tell us what your program needs from a Mexico-based counterpart, how you screen and select participants and vet placements, and where stronger preparation or communication would help.
If the fit is real, we can define the relationship clearly before either side promises more.
